Return/Exchanges Policy

In-Store Purchases: Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased in the store must be returned or exchanged in the store within a 30 day period.  An original receipt will be required.

Merchandise returned may be exchanged for new merchandise, returned for store credit, or refunded the monetary value in the original payment method used (debit card, credit card, or cash).

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unopened, and undamaged with the original ticketing and tags attached.  No returns allowed for washed and/or stained merchandise.

All sale merchandise are final.  No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Merchandise purchased in the store cannot be mailed in for returns or exchanges.


Online Purchases: Return by Mail

Returns and exchanges will be accepted by mail for merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Please include the Return/Exchange form that was included in your original packaging when mailing in merchandise to return or exchange.

Merchandise returned via this route will be allowed a full refund, excluding shipping charges.  The refund will be issued in the original payment method used.

Returned merchandise must not be worn and/or damaged.  Original ticketing and tags must be attached.  Soiled and washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.  This also includes nursing bras and compression socks and tights.

Exchanges:  Exchanges will be processed as a return initially, and a refund will be issued back to the original payment method used on the order.  Once this is completed, a new exchange order is placed and charged to the same payment method with free shipping.  The new order will be sent via standard delivery.


Returns & Exchanges for PayPal Orders

PayPal orders are handled differently, because these orders are directly billed by PayPal.

PayPal returns are processed through Mom 2 Be as standard returns.    Once refund is processed, the refund amount is submitted back to the PayPal account used within 1-2 business days.

Exchanges, including gift exchanges, cannot be placed via PayPal orders.  Merchandise must be returned, then a new order placed with free shipping.  Contact Mom 2 Be (662.570.4991) by phone with exchange order so that free shipping can be applied.


Gift Card Purchases:  Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise returned that was originally purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the original gift card used.

If a return is made and you do not have the original gift card, please contact Mom 2 Be (662.570.4991) and you will be given the original gift card number so you may re-use this amount on future online or phone orders only.  

For exchanges, the refunded gift card will be used to fulfill the new order al long as a balance remains on the gift card.  If the exchange order exceeds the amount available in the refunded gift card, the payment method (debit card, credit card) used on the original order (if multiple payment methods used) will be billed the additional funds needed to complete the order.


Return/Exchange Form

The Return/Exchange Form must be completed in its entirety and included in the package being returned.  Be sure to package the merchandise well.

We  are not responsible for packages lost in transit.  Please obtain a tracking number or insurance for you package to avoid lost or damaged packages.
