Suggested Use: Take 1 packet daily, increase as needed. Do not exceed 3 packets per day. Add contents of packet into 6 oz of milk, dairy alternative, or smoothie and mix until dissolved. For best results, use a shaker bottle or whisk to aid in dissolving the powder.

Caution: Do not use during pregnancy. Fenugreek may cause upset stomach or excessive gas, occasional loose stools and may lower blood sugar levels.
